Once your order is placed we will  package your items in an insulated K9 Rawsome package along with ice packs. This will ensure that your items arrive cold and packaged well. We will be able to track your order as well.

IMPORTANT

- Couriers will not deliver to PO Box, apartment buildings or business addresses. If you do not live in Sydney, please nominate a friends/relatives Residential Home Address so you can receive your perishable items.

- Items will be left on the front door if you are not at home. 

Please contact us if you live in an apartment building in Sydney, we may be able to assist you with a separate VIP delivery service.
