ZONE 1 - $5 DELIVERY SERVICE TO

1. Orders received on:

 - Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

- Mon or Tuesday will be dispatched on Friday or the weekend

- Wed & Thursday will most likely be delivered the following week


2. No deliveries to any business address, NO PO Box address.
3. Interstate Orders to Melbourne and Queensland are sent out every Monday or Tuesday from our showroom.  Please place your orders on Wednesday for week after delivery.
4. Interstate Orders should choose options of 1 kilo/700g tubs.
5. Sydney to Wollongong orders are delivered every Saturday or Sunday.
6. Sydney to Newcastle orders are shipped every Wednesday (on hold).
7. If no one is home during delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place closest to your front entry door and a photo will be taken.
8. If you have a special needs companion animal, it is recommended that you disclose any relevant information from your veterinary professional before starting your pet on the raw diet. We currently have achieved a 100% success rate in curing skin conditions where pets have undergone a K9 Rawsome meal plan, eating a 100%  raw diet and have used our K9R Skincare.
9. There is no refunds on VIP memberships.
10. No contact delivery due to Covid-19, your parcel will be left at your doorstep.
11. No exchange on collars and leads on custom booked orders as our suppliers specifically make items according to order received.  We do however exchange on items bought in-store or online that are available for immediate purchase.
